2. Security and Access: Only those with permission are able to access our facilities. We have put in place several security measures, such as CCTV cameras and round-the-clock monitoring, to guarantee the safety and security of our clients and properties. It is forbidden to abuse or gain unauthorized entry to these security systems.
3. Amenities: At Basant Industries, we believe in fostering a harmonious environment for all our clients. Therefore, we have a first-come, first-served policy for open parking spaces. We also request that you use our amenities, such as the restrooms and elevators, in a way that respects the privacy of others and keeps them clean.
4. Fire Safety and Backup: To improve safety and reduce interruptions, we have built DG backups and fire safety systems. In the event of an emergency, heed the staff’s safety instructions and practices.
5. Liability: By using our facilities, you assume no liability or risk of incidental, consequential, or indirect damages from Basant Industries. These terms are subject to change at any time, and any modifications will take effect right away after they are posted.
